Living space
The condo runs across two levels, with the main living area upstairs and the bedrooms on the lower floor. That split pays off at the end of a long night - those still going can stay upstairs while anyone ready to wind down heads below without crossing paths. The living area has a TV for slower evenings in, a dedicated workspace for anyone mixing business with the trip, and enough room for the full group to settle in without feeling on top of each other. Wi-Fi runs throughout both floors.
Sleeping arrangements
Eight guests sleep across 2 bedrooms and 6 beds, both rooms on the lower level, each with its own en suite bathroom. The separation from the upstairs living area means late arrivals can slip in without waking anyone - the kind of detail that matters after a long night on Broadway.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen covers everything from a quick pre-show coffee to a full group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and coffee. The dining table gives everyone a spot to land - whether you're planning the day ahead or comparing notes on the night behind you.
Bathrooms
Two and a half bathrooms keep mornings moving, even with eight people sharing the space. Both full bathrooms are en suite to the bedrooms; the half bath upstairs keeps things easy when the living area is in full swing. Each full bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleaning products, a hair dryer, and hot water - and a bathtub is available if a proper soak is on the agenda.

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan handle whatever the weather brings. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are all included. Pack light on logistics.
Access & safety
A private entrance with keypad self check-in means you arrive on your own schedule - no coordination with anyone. Exterior security cameras are in place on the property, with common area cameras in the hallways; none inside the unit. Parking is not provided on-site; several paid garages and lots are available on the block at approximately $20-40+ per 24-hour period. Rideshare and the city's public transit are easy alternatives. Note that a washer is not available on-site. The condo is pet-friendly, and long-term stays are welcome.
