Living space The condo runs across two levels, with the main living area upstairs and the bedrooms on the lower floor. That split pays off at the end of a long night - those still going can stay upstairs while anyone ready to wind down heads below without crossing paths. The living area has a TV for slower evenings in, a dedicated workspace for anyone mixing business with the trip, and enough room for the full group to settle in without feeling on top of each other. Wi-Fi runs throughout both floors. Sleeping arrangements Eight guests sleep across 2 bedrooms and 6 beds, both rooms on the lower level, each with its own en suite bathroom. The separation from the upstairs living area means late arrivals can slip in without waking anyone - the kind of detail that matters after a long night on Broadway. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen covers everything from a quick pre-show coffee to a full group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and coffee. The dining table gives everyone a spot to land - whether you're planning the day ahead or comparing notes on the night behind you. Bathrooms Two and a half bathrooms keep mornings moving, even with eight people sharing the space. Both full bathrooms are en suite to the bedrooms; the half bath upstairs keeps things easy when the living area is in full swing. Each full bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleaning products, a hair dryer, and hot water - and a bathtub is available if a proper soak is on the agenda. Comfort & essentials Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan handle whatever the weather brings. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are all included. Pack light on logistics. - 2026-06-29T20:40:07Z · 5/5: We had an excellent stay here for our trip to Nashville! When booking, it looked close to everything but it was even more convenient than we thought! Broadway, museums, a bunch of restaurants, a Walgreens and a basic mini supermarket were all easy walks from the until. Communication was easy, we had all check-in instructions and keypad details plenty in advance. The house was clean, loved the Dolly theme throughout. The bedrooms are downstairs and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. Only FYI is that you can hear people on the street from the main floor and coming and going in and out from the other units at times but that is a minimal tradeoff for how prime of a location this is! I can absolutely recommend the space for those coming to Nashville!

- 2025-10-13T21:16:06Z · 5/5: The Dolly was perfectly located. We could easily walk to Printers Alley or Broadway. The bedrooms were very quiet and dark, perfect for sleeping. the shower had great water pressure. Having coffee supplies available was excellent.
