This place was super cute and it was easily able to house 13 of us. Having a half bath upstairs in each condo was great along with each of the four bedrooms having full en suite bathrooms. If you’re looking to go to Printers Alley or Broadway without having to worry about getting an uber this is definitely the perfect spot! We did think the condos were going to be closer than the adjoining hallway, and parking prices were a little more than we expected but overall the stay was great and we’d definitely stay there again with a large group!

Beautiful place in a terrific location. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the host was super responsive throughout our stay. The only thing to note is that you can hear people walking and talking from the unit above, so just something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise although they do have noise machines and fans in the rooms so it really only bothered you in the Kitchen and Living room. Would stay here every time we are in Nashville. Very Safe and Clean.

The Songbird was fantastic - just as described and pictured.  It's a social media dream, but we had three generations staying for a week and loved it.  It's a great, super walkable location.  Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite, and the bunk room is set up beautifully.  The main space has multiple seating options and spaces to have one big hang or several groups hanging out near each other.  Hosting was informative and friendly.  A few notes: the insulation between floors isn't the best in older buildings, so napping babies could be a challenge, but the quiet hours are adhered to so it worked well for us.   Parking is not included, but there is a garage on the same block.

Great location, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Close to river as well. Place was very clean when we arrived. I would recommend this bnb and if I return to Nashville, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Honky Tonk was a great place to stay. Location is within easy walking distance of Broadway. There was plenty of room for the seven of us and was as described. Would  definitely stay here again.

If you have a large group and are looking to stay at amazing place right downtown, look no further than the Songbird.....  This is likely the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at, so much character with wonderful overall accommodations, walking distance to everything downtown....  just amazing.  Many times when you arrive you say "this place does not look like the pics".   Not the Songbird,  the pics do not do it justice....  Make your next stay in Nashville the most memorable yet and stay at the Songbird.

This place was awesome, very convenient spot away from the crowd with local bars literally across the street, and convenient stores, as well. We lost power in the winter ice storm, and was accommodated so swiftly, definitely stay here again!!!

This is a wonderful home with a magnificent outdoor entertaining area with outdoor living room, kitchen lovely pool and pool house.  It was equally wonderful in the winter with a cozy fireplace and living, dining and kitchen great room.  A substantial house constructed and decorated with care.

Every January, 12 of my college girlfriends come together for a long weekend and this year we chose Nashville, and this place was amazing. The location was great, the kitchen is always the heartbeat of the home and this one was perfection. I would suggest putting a white noise app on your phone, as you don't know what kind of events could be held upstairs while you are there... especially in the first bedroom you get to in the hallway. Just book it - so fun!

This was the perfect Air BnB for our family of 5.  Everything was unbelievably close and within 2 miles including Broadway, 12 South, The Gulch, seriously everywhere we went!  The garage was a great feature and layout of the townhouse was perfect for us!

My family spent 4 days here and we had a great time! The place is very charming with exposed brick and hardwood floors. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Host was responsive to all questions. We walked everywhere we went from bars to shopping to museums. Wonderful area and highly recommend this Airbnb gem!

Great house with enough space for all of my group. House was clean and well kept. Never needed anything, so didn’t need to communicate with the host. Everything we needed to know was available and clear to us. Even had a friendly neighborhood cat, Pepper, who everyone loved having around.

Very cool penthouse! Sadly we were only there for one night (quick family reunion where Nashville was the "middle" for meeting) but we (3 generations) enjoyed the space. Would love to come back for longer and really see the city.

We had the best stay here on our girls trip! The place was so nice, clean, and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. We went to Nashville for Thanksgiving week because we had never been and our Airbnb was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.  It also accommodated a large party having Thanksgiving dinner.  We filled the house with people and everyone was comfortable.  It is our most favorite Airbnb we've ever stayed at so far!
