The space
Step inside a piece of Nashville history - this sprawling loft occupies a restored 1899 building on 2nd Avenue, placing you at the center of everything the city has to offer. From your windows, the city skyline and river stretch out before you, and on a quiet evening you can catch the faint pulse of live music drifting up from Broadway below. Sleeping arrangements
Four private bedrooms each come with their own ensuite bathroom, giving every guest a personal retreat to return to after a night out. A dedicated bunk area sleeps an additional four, bringing the loft's total capacity to 12 guests across 8 beds. Every bedroom is outfitted with a smart TV, soft linens, extra pillows, and blankets for a genuinely restful stay.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and share a meal together - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics. A large island makes prep easy, and the space handles a group breakfast just as well as a longer dinner. The loft sits on a single level with no internal stairs, and elevator access makes arrival and departure easy regardless of how much luggage you're carrying. Exterior security cameras on the building and keypad self check-in provide peace of mind throughout your stay. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are all on-site. Paid parking is available off premises.
