The open-concept main level is built for gathering. An indoor fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings, while ceiling fans and central air keep things comfortable year-round. The dedicated workspace means anyone who needs to catch up on work during a longer stay has a proper spot to do so.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. On the main level, a double bunk room sits alongside a full bath. Upstairs, the king master suite has its own private en suite bathroom. Two queen bedrooms each include a twin trundle - a flexible setup that works well for families or mixed groups. A king sleeper sofa in the main living area rounds out the sleeping options.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and cooking basics. Dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils are all on hand. Pull together a meal at the dining table inside, or take things outside to the grill and outdoor kitchen area.

Three distinct outdoor areas give the group room to breathe. The backyard offers seating for lingering dinners and late-night conversation. Bathroom & essentials
Three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, and hot water. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and an iron are all provided. The washer and dryer are available throughout your stay.
Safety & arrival
The home features exterior security cameras, a Ring Doorbell, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival straightforward. A private entrance and free parking on premises are included.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except Owners closet and the garage - however there is off street parking for 6-8 cars!

Owner Suite on property with Separate Entrance in back of Home. Garage is not accessible to guests. No Shared Spaces.
