The space
Two blocks from the electric pulse of Broadway, this downtown Nashville condo puts you right in the middle of Music City without sacrificing a good night's sleep. Set on 3rd Avenue North across from Printer's Alley, the space is close enough to hear the Honky Tonks come alive at night - and quiet enough to wake up refreshed and ready for another round.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms on the lower level each have a queen bed and an ensuite bath, with blackout conditions designed to block out the city lights and let you rest fully. The main living area adds a sofa bed and a trundle with two twin beds, giving you five beds total across the two levels - plenty of room for groups of up to eight.
Living spaces
The parlor and living area are made for winding down between adventures. Settle in on the soft seating to plan the next leg of your Nashville itinerary, swap stories over a late-night snack, or simply enjoy the quiet after a full evening out on Broadway.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at your own pace - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, baking sheet, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Start your mornings with coffee from the Keurig, with starter pods, creamer, and sweetener already on hand. Pull up to the dining table with wine glasses within reach for easy meals or easy evenings.
Bathrooms
Two ensuite bathrooms serve the bedrooms on the lower level, with a half bath available for guests in the main living area. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer, and cleaning products are all included.

Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected whether you're working remotely or just staying in touch.
