Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms are configured to handle a full house without compromise. Three king master suites and one queen suite form the backbone of the layout, with built-in twin bunks and two twin rollaway beds rounding out the sleeping options. Whether your group is couples traveling together, a multi-generational family, or a crew of friends splitting costs, everyone has a proper place to land at the end of the night.
Living & entertainment
The main living area centers around an oversized sectional, a TV, and a sound system built for a crowd. A full pool table dominates the room and sets the tone for evenings that stretch long - books and board games are also on hand when the energy shifts. This is a space designed to keep a group of twelve entertained without anyone having to raise their voice to be heard across the room.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything a group needs to cook properly: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Coffee is provided. The dining table seats the full group - whether that means a slow breakfast before heading out or a proper sit-down dinner before Broadway.
Comfort & essentials
Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable regardless of when you visit. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone catching up on work between plans. The washer and dryer make longer visits practical - stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are all provided. Access & building
Self check-in is handled via keypad, and a private entrance means arrivals are seamless at any hour. The building has elevator access and a secure entrance. Paid parking is available off premises. Exterior security cameras operate in building common areas only - not inside the condo.
