The space
The Dolly and The Parton sit side by side on 3rd Avenue North, directly across from Printer's Alley and two blocks from Broadway. Sixteen-plus people, two condos, one shared hallway - and the full energy of downtown Nashville right outside the door. Summer in Music City means rooftop bars in full swing, warm evenings on the strip, and live music spilling out of every doorway from happy hour well past midnight.
The space
Across both condos, the property sleeps 16+ guests across 4 bedrooms and 9 beds. The layout keeps things organized without keeping anyone apart - all bedrooms sit on the lower level of each unit, naturally separating the sleep zones from the social spaces above.
Sleeping arrangements
The Dolly offers two king beds and two twin beds, with two ensuite bathrooms and a half bath. The Parton has two queen beds, two twin beds, and one sofa bed, with two ensuite bathrooms and a half bath. With five bathrooms spread across both units - four ensuite and two half baths - mornings stay on schedule even for a group this size.
Bathrooms
Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, and hot water. One bathroom in each condo also includes a bathtub - a quiet wind-down option after a long night on Broadway.
Living spaces
Each condo has its own upstairs living area with comfortable seating and a TV. The dual-living setup means the group can split naturally - half catching a game in one unit, the other half doing their own thing next door. Ceiling fans keep things comfortable on warm Nashville evenings, and no one has to negotiate the remote.
Kitchen & dining
Two full kitchens mean the group eats on its own schedule. Both are equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee is provided. A dining table in each unit means everyone gets a seat without the scramble.

Both condos include Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans.
