The space
Four floors above downtown Nashville, The Titan Penthouse puts you in the thick of it - close enough to hear the steel guitars echoing off Broadway, far enough above the street to soak in the skyline from your own private hot tub. This two-level condo is built for groups who want the city at their doorstep and a real home to come back to.
Living space
The main living area pulls the group together naturally, with comfortable seating, a TV, and a sound system ready to set the mood. Step through to the balcony lounge and the city opens up - outdoor seating, a pool table, a BBQ grill, and the hot tub all share this open-air deck with views stretching toward the stadium. It's the kind of spot where post-show recaps run late into the night.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms each have their own ensuite bath, so every part of the group gets privacy alongside shared space. The home sleeps up to 12 guests across 10 beds in total. Plush bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided, along with hangers and clothing storage to make settling in easy.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and baking sheets. Close to all major interstates. Parking is not offered. There are several garages on the block that average $40 per 24 hour parking.
