This place was super cute and it was easily able to house 13 of us. Having a half bath upstairs in each condo was great along with each of the four bedrooms having full en suite bathrooms. If you’re looking to go to Printers Alley or Broadway without having to worry about getting an uber this is definitely the perfect spot! We did think the condos were going to be closer than the adjoining hallway, and parking prices were a little more than we expected but overall the stay was great and we’d definitely stay there again with a large group!

Great host! The most beautiful house! Great location and worth every penny! Would love to come back again. Great house to host, entertain and relax!💕

Donald

AMAZING!! Everyone was so impressed! Definite party location! Had a local chef come in one night. Very walkable to Printer's Alley and Broadway! Worth every penny!

Jill

I had an unbelievable time staying here and would highly recommend anyone to enjoy a trip to Nashville here!

Cory

Group of 10 had the absolute best time - amazing location, awesome accommodations & all around perfect weekend!

Kari

Wonderful location right at the top of the Twelve South area and a short walk to the Belmont Campus. Loved the rooftop!

It was the perfect location. 5 min walk to broadway

John

Beautiful place in a terrific location. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the host was super responsive throughout our stay. The only thing to note is that you can hear people walking and talking from the unit above, so just something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise although they do have noise machines and fans in the rooms so it really only bothered you in the Kitchen and Living room. Would stay here every time we are in Nashville. Very Safe and Clean.

Brett

Such a great place to stay for a girls weekend. Close walking distance to Broadway and Printer’s Alley! Beauty bar was amazing and had so much fun getting ready! Memories were made!

Christy

This place is amazing! Walking distance to downtown, and plenty of room for a family reunion. Would highly recommend to any group visiting Nashville.

Matthew

The Songbird was fantastic - just as described and pictured. It's a social media dream, but we had three generations staying for a week and loved it. It's a great, super walkable location. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite, and the bunk room is set up beautifully. The main space has multiple seating options and spaces to have one big hang or several groups hanging out near each other. Hosting was informative and friendly. A few notes: the insulation between floors isn't the best in older buildings, so napping babies could be a challenge, but the quiet hours are adhered to so it worked well for us. Parking is not included, but there is a garage on the same block.

Christine

Great location, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Close to river as well. Place was very clean when we arrived. I would recommend this bnb and if I return to Nashville, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Mark

The Honky Tonk was a great place to stay. Location is within easy walking distance of Broadway. There was plenty of room for the seven of us and was as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Kirk

The host was very accommodating to my family and pets during Winter Storm Fern. The house was clean and well furnished and warm! Out needs were met during a very stressful time!

Sara

If you have a large group and are looking to stay at amazing place right downtown, look no further than the Songbird..... This is likely the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at, so much character with wonderful overall accommodations, walking distance to everything downtown.... just amazing. Many times when you arrive you say "this place does not look like the pics". Not the Songbird, the pics do not do it justice.... Make your next stay in Nashville the most memorable yet and stay at the Songbird.

Oh wow Ken! Thank you so much for the kind words! We'd be happy to host you again any time

Dennis

This place was awesome, very convenient spot away from the crowd with local bars literally across the street, and convenient stores, as well. We lost power in the winter ice storm, and was accommodated so swiftly, definitely stay here again!!!

Victoria

So glad we were able to help you and your family. We'd be happy to host you again!

This is a wonderful home with a magnificent outdoor entertaining area with outdoor living room, kitchen lovely pool and pool house. It was equally wonderful in the winter with a cozy fireplace and living, dining and kitchen great room. A substantial house constructed and decorated with care.

Marti

Perfect place to stay for my daughter’s bday. Walkable to everything!! Sleeps a big group and we didn’t feel crowded.

Jennifer

Every January, 12 of my college girlfriends come together for a long weekend and this year we chose Nashville, and this place was amazing. The location was great, the kitchen is always the heartbeat of the home and this one was perfection. I would suggest putting a white noise app on your phone, as you don't know what kind of events could be held upstairs while you are there... especially in the first bedroom you get to in the hallway. Just book it - so fun!

Tennille

Thanks so much Tennille! We took your suggestion and added noise machines to the bedrooms. Our future guests will thank you :)

Such a nice property! Even nicer in person and the pictures do not do it justice. Great location and walking to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again

Mike

This place was AMAZING! The apartment was spotless and in the perfect location. Looking forward to visit Nashville again and booking the same place.

Maria

Brilliant spot to stay with larger groups, everything is walkable to the main strip in Nashville on Broadway and beyond

Preston

A truly spectacular home in a perfect location. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful natural light and decorations; we loved our stay. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Nashville!

Eric

great location was walking distance to Broadway and Printers Alley, wish we could use the elevator but we're young so it was not a problem. hot tub was great and beds were comfortable.

Brandon

Thanks Brandon! Unfortunately, the elevator isn't permitted for guest use per the city (its an old building). But glad you enjoyed the amazing space!

This was the perfect Air BnB for our family of 5. Everything was unbelievably close and within 2 miles including Broadway, 12 South, The Gulch, seriously everywhere we went! The garage was a great feature and layout of the townhouse was perfect for us!

Summer

So glad you enjoyed the house! Come back any time Summer

My family spent 4 days here and we had a great time! The place is very charming with exposed brick and hardwood floors. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Host was responsive to all questions. We walked everywhere we went from bars to shopping to museums. Wonderful area and highly recommend this Airbnb gem!

Leah

Great house with enough space for all of my group. House was clean and well kept. Never needed anything, so didn’t need to communicate with the host. Everything we needed to know was available and clear to us. Even had a friendly neighborhood cat, Pepper, who everyone loved having around.

Brittany

Glad you met Pepper! She's a sweetheart. Thank you for staying with us

Very cool penthouse! Sadly we were only there for one night (quick family reunion where Nashville was the "middle" for meeting) but we (3 generations) enjoyed the space. Would love to come back for longer and really see the city.

Julie

We'd be happy to host you and your family for a longer trip! Thanks Julie!

Great location (we walked to the Saints/ Titan game). Awesome accommodations. And a host available and responsive when needed. Outstanding!

Louie

Great place in the perfect location. Looks even better than the photos!

Josh

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space, everything we needed in the kitchen, and quiet. Although the place is right by Printer Alley and very close to Broadway - once inside we didn’t hear a thing. What a perfect way to be close to so much and enjoy our stay.

Mary-Margret

That's great Mary-Margret! Thank you for staying with us

Our family enjoyed this home for our annual Christmas gathering. Lots of linens and amenities.

Lakesha

We'll happily host you again Crystal! Thanks!

We had the best stay here on our girls trip! The place was so nice, clean, and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location truly can’t be beat; we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. It made the trip so easy and fun. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Emma

We really enjoyed our stay at Johnny & June’s. The location was perfect for us as we prefer walking when possible. House was great for the eight of us. Wish it would have been better weather as roof top looked great. We hope to stay here again soon.

Terry

We love the 12 South neighborhood, super walkable! Thank you for staying with us Terry!

We only got in a car ti get to the airport. Very central. Easy in and out. Very clean and comfortable

Nate

We loved this place! This was our second time staying at this property. Very convenient to downtown. In walking distance to almost everything you need! Great little local bar across the street! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

You must have discovered The Cellar! We love it too. Thanks for staying with us AGAIN!

Airbnb was perfect location. Great size for a big group. Host was responsive and helpful.

We went to Nashville for Thanksgiving week because we had never been and our Airbnb was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. It also accommodated a large party having Thanksgiving dinner. We filled the house with people and everyone was comfortable. It is our most favorite Airbnb we've ever stayed at so far!
