The space
Four stories above East Nashville's cliffside, The Aerial sits at the intersection of creative energy and stillness - a place where the Cumberland River stretches out below and the Nashville skyline frames every window. This is a home built for gathering: for groups who want breathing room, families who need practical comfort, and anyone drawn to a city perch that feels worlds away from the noise below.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms and nine beds sleep up to twelve guests, giving everyone space to settle in without feeling crowded. Room-darkening shades, soft linens, and extra pillows and blankets make it easy to sleep soundly and wake slowly - whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended stay.
Living spaces
The interiors carry real character - Native American and 1970s-inspired furnishings give the home warmth that goes beyond decoration. On cooler evenings, the electric fireplace anchors the main living area as a natural place to gather. Books and art fill the shelves throughout, a ping pong table keeps things lively, and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi sits in a common space for anyone who needs a quiet hour of focus.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything a group needs: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and all the cookware, dishes, and basics to pull together a real meal. Wine glasses and a mini bar set the tone for evenings in. When you'd rather cook outside, the outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill are ready - the outdoor dining area is a natural gathering spot, whatever the weather.
Outdoor living
Step out onto the patio or up to the rooftop and the Nashville skyline opens up in front of you. The private hot tub offers a warm place to unwind as the city lights come on, and the fire pit brings the backyard to life after dark. Outdoor furniture is spread across the space - good for morning coffee, late-night conversations, or simply doing nothing in particular.
Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms serve the full group without the wait. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and hot water - everything you'd expect, without having to ask.
Family-ready details
Families are well looked after here. A folding or convertible high chair with padding, harness, and food tray is always on-site. A changing table is always available. A paid pack 'n play/travel crib can be arranged upon request. An in-unit washer and dryer, clothing storage, and iron handle the practical side of a longer stay.
Safety & access
Exterior security cameras cover the decks and every exterior entrance to the house and driveway. A doorbell camera, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm are all in place. Self check-in via keypad means you arrive on your own schedule, with a private entrance and complete peace of mind from the moment you walk in.
Getting around
Free parking on premises and free street parking make arrival straightforward. Downtown Nashville is close - easy enough for a night out, far enough away that the house itself feels like a proper retreat.
